We are currently recruiting for experienced Supervisors to join a growing, high-end painting and decorating business working across premium residential and commercial projects throughout London and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on whilst also taking responsibility for a team, delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and providing a professional service to clients.
The Role:
Working as part of a small team, you'll lead by example while supervising up to five decorators on high-spec projects.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, work is completed to an exceptional standard and clients receive a professional and reliable service throughout.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a team of decorators on high-end projects
Supervise daily site activities and allocate work effectively
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard
Act as the main point of contact for clients, colleagues and suppliers
Communicate professionally and confidently with clients
Coordinate schedules and support the development of team members
Identify and resolve issues on site proactively
Maintain a clean, safe and respectful working environment
Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Promote sustainable and environmentally conscious decorating practices

About You:
We're looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator who takes genuine pride in their work and has an excellent eye for detail.
You'll ideally have previous supervisory or team leadership experience and be confident taking responsibility for a project and the people working on it.
You'll also need:

Proven experience as a professional Painter & Decorator
Experience within high-end residential and/or commercial environments
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, professional and personable approach
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and take initiative
A commitment to quality and delivering exceptional finishes
Valid CSCS and SMSTS
Ability to complete a DBS check

What's on Offer?

£45,000 - £49,000 per annum, depending on experience
Quarterly Company Performace Bonus
Full-time, permanent position
37.5 hours per week
