Help us manage a safe, efficient and increasingly sustainable vehicle fleet at the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
We are looking for an organised and dependable Fleet Decarbonisation Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day administration of our vehicles and support the wider work of our Decarbonisation team.

About the role
This is a varied and practical role in which you will:
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, safety recalls and tax renewals.
• Maintain accurate fleet, expense and carbon-data records.
• Liaise with drivers, colleagues, insurers, suppliers and external hire companies.
• Oversee pool-car arrangements and external vehicle hire.
• Produce reports and identify ways to improve fleet processes.
• Support the resilience of our headquarters operations, including opening and closing the office when required.

About you
You will be an effective administrator with excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you will communicate confidently with a wide range of people and work well both independently and as part of a team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Previous administrative experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• An understanding of good vehicle-maintenance practice.
• Strong communication, planning, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible, responsible and reliable approach.

Experience of fleet administration, financial or procurement processes, would be an advantage. Welsh-language skills are desirable, and the Authority can support employees to develop their skills where needed.
Salary and Benefits:
A salary of £27,709-£29,071 per annum (pro rata), minimum 25 days holiday rising to 30 days plus public holidays, generous local government pension scheme, great flexible working arrangements and career development opportunities.
