Key Responsibilities:
Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
Provide therapeutic care with dignity, compassion, and honesty
Assist with patient rehabilitation and treatment plans
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
Follow all health and safety protocols, including manual handling and TMVA procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months recent experience in an acute mental health setting in the UK
Practical Manual Handling and BILD Accredited TMVA training
Right to work in the UK
Own transport and a valid driving licence are essential
Registered with Social Care Wales
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient wellbeing
