Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative with Transport Coordination experience to join a growing logistics company based in West Thurrock.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with experience within transport or logistics environments. You will act as the key point of contact for customers while coordinating transport activities to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role within a transport, logistics or distribution environment.
Experience coordinating transport, deliveries, or collections.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of transport management systems would be advantageous.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
