Recruitment Consultant

£28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £60,000+) | No Sales Targets | Warm Desk | Monday –Friday, 9am–5pm. 

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and grow a temporary recruitment desk.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing temporary workers and developing new business, with the freedom to grow and shape their own desk.

The Role: 

• Manage and develop an existing temporary recruitment desk
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, interview and place temporary workers
• Develop and grow existing accounts
• Manage temporary workers throughout their assignments
• Take ownership of the desk and drive its growth
• Work towards achieving strong commercial results

Requirements: 

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within temp recruitment
• Confident, driven and commercially minded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated by earning potential and career progression
