We are seeking an experienced and qualified Master Technician.

.Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Master Technician with relevant automotive qualifications.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience working within dealership environments.
• Extensive knowledge of dealership service standards, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship of the highest standard.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians when required.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Must be able to open the branch at 06:00 AM and ensure operational readiness for the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and workshop quality.
• Conduct final quality checks on completed repairs.
• Support workshop operations and contribute to excellent customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff where required.
