Job Description:
Vetro seeking a dedicated and motivated L2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team on the Wirral. This role offers an opportunity to support the learning and development of vulnerable children within a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a L2 Teaching Assistant, your daily duties will include:

Supporting the teaching and learning of groups of children, particularly those with additional needs
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging activities
Providing pastoral support to promote a positive learning environment
Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviour

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a L2 Teaching Assistant, you will need:

Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Experience working with children in Early Years settings
Empathy and understanding of children's developmental and learning needs
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and reliability
