Job Title: Children's Support Worker
Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire, UK
Salary: £31,493.40 to £34,495 ( Incusive of sleep-ins)

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Holbeach. Key Responsibilities:

Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
Accompany children to appointments, school, and recreational activities
Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines
Support with household tasks and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment
Complete accurate and clear documentation and reports
Promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of children and young people

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence – essential
Motivated, resilient, and adaptable to challenging situations
Ability to work flexible shifts, including long days (14 hours) and sleep-ins
Passionate about supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
Strong communication and organisational skills
