Social Worker - Safeguarding & Support

Location: Herefordshire

Salary: £36,363( Can be negotiated)

Work Style: Agile, Full-time, Part-time, or Job-share options available

## About You

We are looking for resilient, reflective Social Workers who are confident decision-makers and passionate about safeguarding.

• Credentials: Registered with Social Work England with a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
• Skills: Strong at assessment, care planning, and delivering interventions.
• Approach: Collaborative, inclusive, creative, and a strong team player.
