As the HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team. We are looking for someone who is confident, hardworking with a keen eye for detail.

HR & Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining recruitment mailboxes
- Creating recruitment reports as required
- Creating content and managing social media for recruitment
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is collated from the new starter ensuring compliance
- Producing contracts and offer letters
- Taking interview notes and send to hiring manager for review and recording on company ATS
- Sending out NDA’s and ensuring they are completed before first calls
- Managing applicants through company ATS
Required Skills & Experience
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build strong stakeholder relationships
