Salary: £33,927 - £36,925 per annum (including sleep-ins)

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Senior Support Worker to join a nurturing team in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Support Worker based in Wisbech, your daily duties will include:

Providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential environment.
Leading shift activities and ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment.
Supporting young people through challenges, promoting their personal development and independence.
Working long days, including sleep-ins, to ensure continuous care and support.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Senior Support Worker, you will need:

Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a children’s residential setting.
Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
A caring, flexible, and energetic approach with a willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins.
