CSCS Cleaner

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a CSCS Cleaner to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full-time, temporary basis.Role Summary:We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to carry out detailed cleaning of newly built apartments following completion by tradesmen. The ideal candidate will have experience in builders’ or sparkle cleans and take pride in delivering a spotless, high-standard finish.You MUST hold your CSCS CardMain Responsibilities:Perform deep cleans of apartments post-construction or renovationRemove dust, debris, plaster, paint splashes, and adhesive residue from all surfacesWipe down walls, skirting boards, light switches, sockets, fixtures, and fittingsClean windows (internal), frames, and sillsMop, vacuum, and sweep all flooring surfacesDispose of minor building waste or packaging appropriatelyEnsure all areas meet a high standardFollow health and safety protocols on siteReport any damage, defects, or access issues to the site supervisor or managerPerson Specification:You MUST hold your CSCS CardPrevious experience in builders cleans, sparkle cleans, or commercial cleaning - preferredStrong attention to detail and thoroughnessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and well-organisedComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentFamiliarity with cleaning products, tools, and equipmentFull UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)Working HoursMonday – Friday, 08:00-16:00, with breaksOpportunity for ongoing work on other projects...
