We are seeking talented and motivated Digital Transformation Consultants to join our growing team. We are building a broad and diverse capability and are keen to hear from individuals across a range of disciplines, including Business Analysts, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and other digital specialists.

Our consultants partner with clients to design, deliver, and embed digital solutions that drive meaningful change. You will work across the full transformation lifecycle — from shaping strategy and discovery through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement — helping organisations realise value through modern technology, data, and ways of working.

We operate across both public and private sectors, including defence, local government, and banking, and align to recognised standards such as the UK Government Digital Service (GDS).

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your specialism, you will:

Business Analysis & Discovery

  • Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges

  • Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, user needs, and processes

  • Translate complex problems into actionable insights and opportunities

Product Management

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps

  • Prioritise backlogs based on user value and business outcomes

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management

  • Apply user-centred design principles and data-driven decision-making

Delivery Management

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services

  • Manage delivery using Agile, Lean, or hybrid methodologies

  • Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality

  • Foster collaboration and high-performing team dynamics

Digital Transformation & Change

  • Support organisations in adopting new ways of working and digital operating models

  • Facilitate organisational change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption activities

  • Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable transformation practices

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience delivering for Defence Sector, i.e. DE&S and Defence Digital

  • Experience delivering in Central Government, i.e. Home Office, HMRC and DEFRA

  • The suitable candidate will need National Security Vetting (NSV) security clearance. They will, preferably, already hold NSV to a high or very high standard, but must be able, and willing, to achieve it

Standards, Governance & Industry Context

  • Apply best practice frameworks such as GDS standards where relevant

  • Work effectively within regulated and complex environments, including defence, local government, and banking

  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance requirements

Innovation, AI & Automation

  • Bring awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and automation tooling

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience through digital solutions

  • Support clients in understanding and applying AI and automation principles responsibly

Collaboration & Growth

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the practice

  • Contribute to business development, capability growth, and internal improvement initiatives

Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices

  • Familiarity with GDS standards and user-centred design principles (or similar frameworks)

  • Experience working in regulated environments such as defence, local government, banking, or financial services

  • Awareness of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies

  • Experience facilitating change and supporting organisations through transformation

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Practitioner) are beneficial but not essential.
