About the role
- Based in Mayfair, this is an opportunity to join a truly distinctive restaurant concept with an established international following.
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading and motivating the brigade during service
- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Working across the kitchen and ensuring preparation and service run smoothly
- Supporting the development and training of junior chefs
- Helping maintain excellent kitchen organisation, hygiene and food safety standards
- Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proven Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step, ideally with experience in a high-quality restaurant environment. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the personality and ambition to thrive in a restaurant that does things differently. For the right chef, there is plenty of scope to develop, take ownership and become an integral part of a talented kitchen team.
