About the role
Lead Scrum Master for full stack software engineering group of leading blue chip. Home based with occasional office days, 1-2 days week in West Yorkshire, otherwise remote working.
- Serve as a Lead Scrum Master on cloud based software program, consisting of multiple scrum teams
- Mentor and coach the team on Agile principles
- Supervise the scrum masters (5-8 SMs/SREs)
- Plan and facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies including Program Increment Planning
- Jira/Confluence & Slack experience
- Agile methodology experience in a ci/cd environment
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional setting, preferably in consulting or technology as a Senior or Lead Scrum Master
- Has led Scrum Teams within large Agile Transformations
- Support SRE teams and operate as a Senior
Ideally, you’ll also have
- 2 -5 years of SAFe Agile coaching experience and an active SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) Certification
- Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding tools
- Passionate about technology and applying it to business solutions
