Based primarily at The Ochils in Blackford, with travel to other Highland Spring sites and suppliers as required, this is a 37.5-hour-per-week role with flexibility around key project milestones, site activity and commissioning phases.

Reporting to the Group Engineering & Projects Manager, you’ll lead projects from concept and design through procurement, installation, commissioning and operational handover, ensuring they are delivered safely and effectively against agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll:

You’ll bring strong project planning and controls experience, commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and a practical, proactive approach to delivery.

A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline would be advantageous, as would an APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of CDM Regulations would also be beneficial.

What you can expect

You’ll join a supportive, values-led business where we’re a team, we’re proud and we care, with the opportunity to make a real impact through significant investment projects.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary
  • 34 days’ holiday
  • Company pension with employer contribution rising from 5% to 10%
  • Life assurance
  • Employee Assistance Platform

If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership of complex projects and help shape the future of Highland Spring, we’d love to hear from you.
