About the role
Resolve are supporting an established, respected, employee-owned manufacturer of a wide range of Bespoke Staircase solutions, offering a wide range of customisation options, to recruit a Technical Sales Manager to join their team in the South Central / West Midlands region.
In this role, you will inherit a healthy area currently turning over circa £900k, and will focus on engaging with Small / Medium Housebuilders focusing on low volume, high quality residential projects. The role will include conducting site visits, attaining measurements, and configurations to curate a fully bespoke solution.
You will also work with Merchants on the region, not only to facilitate projects, but to generate new demand with contractors and Housebuilders.
Our Client is seeking a driven, hungry sales professional with experience selling into small/regional housebuilders / contractors. You will have some level of associated product knowledge (staircases, joinery, kitchens etc) and have demonstrable career stability.
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £40k + circa £4k – £5k Bonus, fully electric company car, and great supporting package.
