Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle in accordance with all road traffic regulations.
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections within designated time frames.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.
- Adhere to company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid CPC Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- A good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations.
- Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
- Pay rates between £15.00 and £16.00 per hour.
- Regular ongoing work.
- Weekly pay.
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Potential temporary-to-permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
- Monday to Friday
- Start times available at 5:00am, 6:00am and 7:00am.
- Average shifts of 8–10 hours per day.
- Overtime available during busy periods.
- Occasional weekend work may be available.
