Minibus Driver (PCV Required)

Resolve Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider in Almondsbury, Bristol, for a friendly and reliable Minibus Driver to support residents on exciting days out, appointments, and community activities.
This is much more than a driving role – you'll be helping residents enjoy new experiences, maintain their independence, and create lasting memories. Working closely with the Activities Team, you'll play an important part in ensuring every outing is safe, enjoyable, and full of smiles.
Pay & Hours
- £13.45 – £13.90 per hour
- 24 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- 10:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to days out, appointments, and off-site activities.
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the minibus, including safely securing wheelchairs where required.
- Support the Activities Team to ensure outings run smoothly.
- Help create a welcoming, friendly, and enjoyable experience for residents.
- Complete vehicle checks and ensure the minibus is clean and roadworthy.
- Support with additional duties as required.
Requirements
- PCV licence and valid Tachograph card (essential)
- Up-to-date CPC training
- Must be aged 25 or over
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- Friendly, patient, and caring approach with excellent customer service skills
Desirable
- Experience working with older people, ideally within a care home environment
- MiDAS training
