About the role
Finance Assistant Sale £26,000-£28,000doe
A global service provider is seeking a proven all-round account professional to join their family centric team
Responsibilities:
- Raising sales invoices for customers
- Coding and processing of vendor invoices, passing to line managers for payment
- Taking customer payments by card
- Daily reconciling of cash received for three company bank accounts: ensuring allocated to the right customer account (Sterling & Euros)
- Maintaining customer accounts on the in-house system
- Managing the inbox of customer and supplier queries, resolving in a timely manner
- Scanning invoices onto the system
- Monthly credit card reconciliation
Ideal candidate will have two years’ knowledge of any area of accounts and be willing to pick up other accounting duties as required
