About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while leading and supporting care staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop positive and respectful relationships with residents
- Deliver and oversee person-centred care plans
- Promote residents’ wellbeing, independence, and dignity
- Lead by example through excellent clinical practice and professionalism
- Manage the care of allocated residents
- Supervise and support Care Assistants during shifts
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach

Pay & Enhancements
- £23.00 – £24.00 per hour DOE
- 10% enhancement for weekend shifts
- 50% enhancement for Bank Holidays
