Summary

We are seeking a commercially astute Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team primarily working on property projects. The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with a minimum of five years’ experience and demonstrate ambition to progress towards leading a division or already be in this positoon for another consultant. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project costs, contract administration, and commercial management across a variety of property developments. You will provide strategic cost advice, manage procurement and tender processes, and build strong client relationships. The position supports hybrid working and offers a competitive salary, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and excellent benefits. Skills

• RICS qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Strong commercial and contract management expertise
• Experience in multidisciplinary property projects

• Proficient in cost planning, forecasting, and budget management
• Contract administration and procurement knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management

Certifications & Standards

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) – mandatory
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts advantageous
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
