About the role
The Key Worker will engage with and intensively support young people affected by social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, including anxiety, poor motivation and social isolation who face significant difficulties in leaving their home. As a result, these young people have become disengaged from the wider community and face major barriers in reengaging with learning.
