Overview

Corrie Recruitment are looking for an experienced HGV / Class 2 Driver to join a long-term project in Shetland, starting on 26th October.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting and moving materials between various sites as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified HGV driver looking for ongoing rotational work in Shetland.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving HGV/Class 2 vehicles safely and responsibly
• Transporting and moving materials between project sites
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Following all site and road safety procedures
• Working closely with site teams to ensure materials are delivered where and when required

Requirements

• Full Class 2 / HGV Licence – essential
• Previous HGV/Class 2 driving experience
• Experience transporting materials between construction or civils sites would be advantageous
• Reliable and professional approach
• Good understanding of vehicle and site safety requirements
