About the role
External Audit Coordinator | 12-Month FTC
Up to £75,000 per year DOE
Our client, is looking for an External Audit Coordinator to support Group and statutory audits across multiple regions. This role will coordinate audit requests, manage key stakeholders, and ensure information is delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate audit and statutory accounts requests across assigned regions.
- Manage communications between finance teams, outsourced providers, and auditors.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and risks, escalating issues where required.
- Support audit queries and help resolve information gaps.
- Contribute to process improvements and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Finance, accounting, or audit background.
- Understanding of statutory accounts, external audit, and financial reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and resolve issues proactively.
- Experience working in complex or changing finance environments.
