About you
You will be a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Comfortable working with digital systems and managing competing priorities, you will enjoy working collaboratively and providing a high standard of service to a wide range of stakeholders.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of:
- Providing administrative support within a busy team
- Managing databases, CRM systems and digital platforms
- Supporting committees and meetings, including minute-taking
- Maintaining accurate records and document version control
- Coordinating events, communications and logistical arrangements
- Delivering excellent customer or member support
Experience within healthcare, education, training or membership organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why join CoSRH?
At CoSRH, you will be part of a supportive and purpose-driven organisation committed to improving sexual and reproductive healthcare. We offer a range of benefits including:
- 25 days annual leave plus additional long-service leave
- Birthday leave
- Hybrid and flexible working
- Generous pension scheme with a 10% employer contribution
