About the role
We are working with a brilliant organisation based in Northallerton. They are looking for a Business Support Officer to provide administrative support to their Property Services Team.
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. This is a temporary contract until 24 December 2026.
Main duties include: –
- Provide administrative support to property services
- Work to company standards and processes
- Work with financial management processes, process and monitor financial information e.g. raising invoices, processing and chasing payments, checking against purchase orders for accuracy
- Data input and data management
- Systems maintenance – Comfortable with interacting with operational teams, internal and external customers and suppliers
You will need: –
- Experience of providing business support in a busy environment.
- Experience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and where appropriate confidentiality.
- Significant experience and competence using IT and common business support packages including Word and Excel
- The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice
This is a brilliant role!
Hourly pay is £13.92
