Receptionist – 6 month FTC

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional and polished Receptionist to join a leading London law firm on a 6-month basis.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing meeting room and event bookings
- Setting up meeting rooms, including catering and AV equipment
- Answering calls and handling reception enquiries
- Managing email and meeting room requests
- Booking taxis, conference calls and other concierge services
- Ensuring all client-facing areas are maintained to a high standard
About you:
- Previous Reception or Front of House experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly and confident manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
