Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover across various year groups.
• Implement existing lesson plans effectively to maintain academic progress and classroom stability.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their potential.
• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning for all pupils.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and safeguarding in accordance with school expectations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different year group environments.
• A commitment to delivering engaging lessons that inspire students.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach to teaching.
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to process one).
