We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join one of Surrey’s most exciting dining destinations.

Think modern British cooking with a creative edge, incredible seasonal produce and dishes that are anything but ordinary. This buzzing, independently owned restaurant is all about pushing boundaries, delivering exceptional food and bringing a fresh energy to the dining scene.

With 2 AA Rosettes to its name and an incredibly talented Executive Chef at the helm, this is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves what they do and wants to be part of something special.

You’ll be working alongside an exceptionally talented Executive Chef with an impressive background in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens. Expect inspiring food, plenty of creativity and the opportunity to develop your skills in a kitchen where passion, innovation and seriously high standards go hand in hand.

What’s on offer?

• £35,000 basic salary plus service charge = £40,000 to £42,000 total annual package
• Working 48 hours per week, 4 days on, 3 days off
• The opportunity to work in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen
• Work alongside an excellent Executive Chef
• A fast-paced, exciting restaurant with a seriously creative food offering

Who are we looking for?

A confident, enthusiastic Chef De Partie who thrives in a busy kitchen, has a genuine passion for great ingredients and isn’t afraid to get creative. Someone with strong kitchen fundamentals, an eye for detail and the drive to produce outstanding food every single service.
