About the role

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Inclusion Consultant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Advanced subject knowledge in identifying pupils at risk of exclusion and their specific needs.
  • The ability to motivate and support mainstream teachers and SENCOs to implement appropriate inclusion strategies with pupils at risk of exclusion.
  • A growth mind-set and a desire to continue your own continued professional development, alongside the willingness to learn and be reflective in your own practice.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptive and versatile in an ever-changing work environment.
  • Ability to be able to work as part of an effective and successful team.
  • Ability to be empathetic, caring and have a high level of humility.
  • Ability to be able to work under your own initiative, showing creativity when faced with a challenge.
  • A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to work hard.
  • A commitment to engaging in Continuous Professional Development.
