About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Gepps Cross showroom. This is a consultative sales role where you'll work closely with customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored flooring and window furnishing solutions.

As Sales Consultant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional showroom experiences from initial enquiry through to sale
• Help customers select the right flooring and window furnishing solutions for their home
• Build quotations and confidently close sales
• Develop lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Work collaboratively with installers and the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Build your product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales culture

What you'll bring

• Previous sales experience within carpet, flooring or window furnishings desirable
• A consultative approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Confidence working towards sales targets and achieving results
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for helping customers bring their vision to life
• A proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude
• Experience within home improvement, interiors, furniture or renovation products will also be highly regarded
