About the Role
Pink Tile Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable KS1 Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Brighton. Whether you’re looking for flexible day-to-day supply, consistent weekly work or a longer-term placement, we can help you find opportunities that suit your experience and availability.
We work with schools that need dependable teachers to maintain continuity in the classroom, support pupil progress and deliver engaging lessons across Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
Alongside general supply, we regularly recruit for specific KS1 vacancies, including planned staff cover, maternity cover and longer-term teaching assignments.
The Role

Deliver engaging lessons across KS1, following school planning and expectations where provided.

Adapt teaching to suit pupils’ different abilities and learning needs.

Maintain positive behaviour and effective classroom routines.

Assess pupil understanding and provide feedback where required.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.

Provide consistent, reliable cover for schools requiring short-term or ongoing support.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A reliable, flexible and professional approach.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
