PTS Telecom Engineer

Locations: Wales South coast - Cardiff, Tenby, Newport
Shift Patterns: 8hr Days and Nights Available

Rate: £250+ a shift - dependant on experience and days/night shift
Employment Type: Umbrella CIS Only (No Ltd Company Engagements)

The Role

We are recruiting multiple Telecoms Engineers to support a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects across South Wales. The successful candidates will be working on the installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning of telecoms systems, with a particular focus on CCTV, PA and CIS within station and rail environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced telecoms engineers seeking long-term project work across several major schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance and fault finding on telecoms and station systems.
• Working on CCTV, Public Address, and Customer Information Systems
• Testing and commissioning telecoms equipment.
• Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with project requirements.
• Completing supporting documentation and site records.
• Working collaboratively with site teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on telecoms or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with CIS, CCTV and PA systems.
• Valid PTS certification.
• Valid ECS Card.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
