JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join an established and growing team in Manchester. The role will involve:
• Managing executive exits and a varied caseload of employment litigation matters.
• Supporting the firm's Company and Commercial team under the guidance of an experienced Partner.
• Developing expertise across the full range of employment law matters.
• Working alongside leading practitioners and building relationships with an impressive client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a motivated Employment Solicitor who can demonstrate:
• Qualification as a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
• A sound understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
• The ability to communicate clearly and explain complex legal matters with confidence.
• A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• Experience in respondent litigation and advising employers on non-contentious employment matters would be an advantage.
