We are recruiting for a Labouring Assistant to join a leading equipment hire and services business that supports construction, industrial, facilities management, utilities, and infrastructure projects across the UK. The Role
As a Labouring Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the site's day-to-day operations and helping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

The Role
As a Labouring Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the site's day-to-day operations and helping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping workshop and yard areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards
- Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Supporting the Maintenance Operator with general labouring duties
- Moving equipment and materials around the site when required
- Assisting with housekeeping duties across the facility
- Following all health and safety procedures and site standards
- Carrying out other general duties as requested by the site team
- Previous labouring, warehouse, yard, or industrial experience would be advantageous
- Willingness to work outdoors and in a hands-on environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
