We are currently seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join a legal team based in Merthyr Tydfil, providing dedicated support to a solicitor within the conveyancing department.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the conveyancing department, ensuring files are managed efficiently and clients receive a professional and reliable service.
The Ideal Candidate
• At least 3 years' experience in a legal secretarial, conveyancing or relevant paralegal role.
• A good understanding of conveyancing processes and legal terminology.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• A professional, proactive approach with a strong focus on client service.
