We're partnering with an ambitious international lifestyle and consumer brand seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Brand Manager to lead exciting product launches, develop brand campaigns and help drive growth across multiple markets.

This is a broad marketing role combining brand marketing, product marketing and commercial activation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking products from concept to launch and creating campaigns that connect with consumers and retail partners alike.

You’ll play a key role in bringing innovative products to market and strengthening brand presence across digital, retail and trade channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting new product launches
• Developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail and trade channels
• Creating compelling product positioning, messaging and launch plans
• Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity
• Supporting retailer activation and trade marketing initiatives
• Working closely with Product Development to translate product features into engaging customer benefits
• Managing marketing assets, content creation and campaign performance
• Supporting long-term brand growth and market share development

We're Looking For Someone With

• Experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing or Trade Marketing
• Experience launching physical consumer products
• Experience in Digital Marketing, social media and working with influencers
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product and creative teams
