Customer Care Administrator | Birchwood | Temporary | £12.71ph

Our client, a well-established home builders based in Warrington, Birchwood are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Care Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Log and manage customer care requests, defects and remedial works accurately.
• Coordinate appointments and visits between homeowners, site teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure they are progressed within agreed timescales.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their enquiries.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to the Customer Care Manager where appropriate.
• Ensure all customer correspondence is professional, accurate and timely.
• Support the wider customer care and administration team as required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout every stage of the process.

Skills required:

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
