A leading South Wales law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. Working closely with the Employment Director, you'll advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will include employment disputes, tribunal work, contracts and policies, TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and strategic HR advice. You'll also play a key role in developing the firm's employment law offering.
