Job description:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, or an individual with a strong sales, customer service or business development background who is looking to build a successful career within recruitment.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing bookings, conducting site inductions and organising staff rotas.

The working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

Due to running over two sites you would need a valid drivers licence and your own transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
• Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Conducting candidate screening and interviews
• Advertising vacancies across relevant platforms
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
• Updating client rotas and spreadsheets
• Negotiating terms and managing client expectations
• Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards individual and team targets

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone manner
• A proactive and driven approach
• Commercially aware with a strong sales mindset
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-driven and motivated by earning potential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Negotiable Salary
