Have a good understanding of Java fundamentals and Java Core Understand the basic principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Have basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms Have some experience with SQL and relational databases Understand the basics of software development and version control (Git) Have some understanding of unit testing and why automated tests are important Have academic, personal or professional experience developing software in Java Are willing to learn Spring / Spring Boot and other technologies used by the team Are comfortable working as part of a team and asking questions when you need help Have good communication skills in English You don't need to know everything.
