Project Lead

The agency is a specialist in internal communications, and one of the most highly regarded in the UK for it. This is not a generalist agency doing internal comms on the side. Behavioural science and cultural insight sit alongside the creative team as equal disciplines. You’ll join as the single senior owner of delivery quality across the client portfolio, with no revenue target attached: your mandate is standards, not sales.

The Role
You own the agency’s most complex, high-value client programmes from brief to close. Not as an administrator relaying between client and creative, but as the senior day-to-day lead who holds the relationship. You translate strategic ambition into clear delivery plans, run the governance forums, lead the difficult conversations on scope and budget, and protect margin through active scope and resource management.

The point of the role is autonomy. You resolve delivery challenges and make the calls yourself, escalating only when it’s genuinely strategic. You’ll also mentor Project Managers and shape how delivery works across the agency, so your influence extends beyond any single programme.

The Person
You’re a senior delivery leader from a consultancy, creative agency or comparable client-service environment – internal comms, employee engagement, brand or integrated. 

You already own high-value, multi-workstream work end to end, and you combine rigorous commercial project management – scoping, forecasting, margin, change control – with real client credibility. You lead the hard conversations without handing them upward, and you’ve likely mentored project managers, so now you’re ready to move from delivering projects to leading relationships.
