Overview:

A family based in Haslemere, Surrey are seeking a part‑time Nanny to care for their three children: twin boys (7 months) and a 3‑year‑old daughter. The role begins on a shared‑care basis while Mum is on maternity leave, moving to sole charge when she returns to work in March/April 2027. The family are flexible for the right candidate and are ideally looking for someone with twin experience, confidence with babies, and a calm, organised approach who can adapt as the role develops.

The position will start with one to two days per week, with Tuesday preferred initially as Dad works in London that day. The family are flexible on which days are worked and can adjust for the right candidate. When Mum returns to work in March/April, the days will possibly increase to three days per week.

The eldest child attends a nearby nursery within walking distance, though a nanny who can drive would be helpful, particularly on wet days. Dad occasionally works from home but usually uses a local café; when Mum returns to work she will also work from home but is similarly open to working from a café. They also have a study they can use at home.

The nanny will be responsible for all usual childcare duties, including supporting the twins’ routines, weaning and developmental milestones, and providing engaging, age‑appropriate activities for all three children. Light housekeeping during periods when the nanny is not directly engaged with the children would be appreciated. The role requires maintaining a calm, organised environment, helping to structure the children’s day, and working collaboratively with Mum during the shared‑care period before transitioning smoothly into sole charge.
