Associate Project Manager (Data Centres)

The Role: As Senior/Associate Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of projects while working with more experienced colleagues to manage strategic matters - specifically within the Data Centre team. You will be involved across a number of DC projects, with locations ranging from Buckinghamshire to Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will be site-based in West London for two days a week and must be comfortable with travel requirements. Job Location: Central London (Holborn) Head Count: 75+ Project Sector: Data Centres Requirements for the Senior/Associate Project Manager: * Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (essential) * Minimum of two years’ Data Centre experience (preferred) * Preferably hold a professional accreditation in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM etc) * Demonstrate the ability to manage, lead and support less experienced colleagues * Evidence the capability to identify and pursue, with support, new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals * Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels * A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure * Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for clients * A commitment to continuous learning and professional development of self and others The benefits included in this role are: * Highly competitive basic salary (negotiable DOE) * Membership of discretionary profit share and bonus scheme * 26 days annual leave (increasing to 28 after five years) plus bank holidays * Flexible/remote working available * Generous pension scheme (8% employer contribution) * Enhanced maternity/paternity leave * Private medical insurance (family cover) * £500 personal development budget * Life assurance * Income protection * £200 lifestyle allowance * Laptop / phone
