We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a Learning and Development Coordinator, focused on partnering with our Manufacturing functions and their respective People Business Partners to develop colleague capability across our Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain functions. This is a hands-on operational partnering role, focused on enabling managers to develop themselves and their teams by providing expertise, guidance and challenge, and enabling managers to retain ownership whilst embedding a culture of learning and continuous improvement through practical training, workplace coaching and skills assessments. WHAT OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS DO: Conduct training needs analysis and skills assessments to identify capability gaps and development requirements Design, deliver and evaluate practical training and development solutions supporting operational performance Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, workshop, and workplace-based learning interventions Coach and support colleagues, team leaders and managers to develop skills, competence and confidence Assess competence and contribute to robust training validation processes to ensure learning is embedded Coach team leaders and managers to build their confidence in developing, coaching, and assessing their teams Work with manufacturing management teams to ensure effective role-specific induction programmes are in place Facilitate elements of induction and onboarding activity for new starters where required Support within the Apprenticeship onboarding, development and develop further learning opportunities to support skills growth WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS: Previous experience delivering training, development and coaching within a manufacturing environment or similar could be an advantage Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills Ability to engage learners at all levels and adapt training approaches to meet operational needs Proven knowledge within training and development with the ability to design, deliver and evaluate practical learning solutions Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to build credibility quickly with operational teams Ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching and support to improve performance and competence Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and development pathways is desirable L&D or a training related qualification could be an advantage WHAT WE OFFER OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS: You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year Free Healthcare plan for all employees Enhanced Maternity and Paternity benefit Free Life Assurance Plan of 3x your Annual Salary Christmas shutdown Option to join the Eurocell Share Save Scheme at discounted rates, and share in our company success Company Pension Plan Employee discount on Eurocell products Discounts across many well-known online and high street retailers A blend of training, including e-learning and on the job training to help your career development Care First Employee Assistance Programme, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for confidential support and advice, if and when you need it Colleague Referral Programme; we pay you for successfully referring people to join our team Excellent opportunities to grow with us, and progress your career
