Has the organisational skills, determination and resilience to drive meaningful school improvement.

Has a proven track record of leading and developing others, particularly middle leaders.

Builds positive relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills within the academy, neighbouring schools, the Trust and the local community.

Has successfully led teams through change, securing improvement while bringing people with them on the journey.
