About the role
Warehouse Operative roles available working Day shifts Monday to Friday for an award winning global document storage company in their in the Dunchurch area of Rugby with good transport links, free parking onsite, and long term opportunities!

Meridian Business Support is a recruitment specialist acting on behalf of our client as an Employment Business for this vacancy.
Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday
Days: 9am-6pm (0900-1800) - £13.46 per hour
As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a warehouse environment where all stock from other sites that have closed is all coming into this warehouse based in the Dunchurch area of Rugby. Your main duties will include:
- Receiving new stock and unloading of vehicles
- Scanning and logging deliveries using handheld scanners
- Repalletising stock if required
- Moving pallets to stock control areas
- Putting new stock away and logging locations
- Preparing stock for delivery
- Restacking and retrieval of pallets at height may be required - training will be provided
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Warehouse Operative experience or similar ideally
- Experience using MHE equipment such as PPT or FLT would be advantageous although full training will be provided
- Ability to work at heights occasionally is desirable although not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Comfortable working in a loud and busy environment with multiple MHE in operation
Due to the specific security and compliance requirements of this assignment, applicants must meet the client's eligibility criteria, including:
- At least five years' continuous UK residency
- A full, verifiable employment and/or education history.
- Satisfactory Basic DBS and credit checks.
- Valid documentation confirming the right to work in the UK.
