About the role
You will:
- Promote and enhance the learning and teaching experiences of pupils with SEND in a range of different contexts.
- Plan, deliver, resource and evaluate interventions for students with social, emotional and mental health needs/autism spectrum conditions.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies consistently in line with the Academy’s policy and procedures.
- Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or have experience in a relevant discipline.
- Work collaboratively with other schools in our Multi-Academy Trust.
- Have experience of planning and delivering interventions.
- Hold the ELSA qualification
- Work with external professionals to plan for support needs.
