  • Support pupils during lessons, playtimes, lunchtimes and other aspects of the school day.
  • Promote an inclusive, nurturing and respectful environment where every child feels valued

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
  • Is patient, nurturing, calm and compassionate.
  • Has high expectations for every child and believes that all pupils can achieve.
  • Can build strong and positive relationships with children.
  • Is able to respond flexibly to individual needs and changing circumstances.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn.
  • Can work effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Has experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).

    What we can offer you

    We are proud to offer:

    • A welcoming, inclusive and supportive school community.
    • The opportunity to make a real difference to children's lives.
    • A dedicated and experienced SEN team.
    • Strong support from teachers, the SENCO and wider staff team.
    • Opportunities for professional development and training.
    • A positive environment where staff are valued and encouraged to develop.
    • The opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with a range of additional needs.
